Executive Bespoke Business Travel

Our executive Mercedes V Class MPV offers comfortable business travel for up to 6 passengers but  if you require to transport more than the V Class we can accommodate we are able to provide the 16 seat Mercedes Benz Minibus.







We use the latest technology to ensure your booking and travel runs smoothly and we utilise the latest in cloud-based, chauffeur specific, booking and dispatch software. What this means for the business traveller is you have the perfect set of tools to ensure your booking goes smoothly from the very first contact. We can set up a secure online booking portal for your company to book their transfers and get quotes through, Both booker and passengers can receive automated texts or emails throughout the life of the job. On booking, you will be emailed a confirmation PDF with full details. On the evening before travel, all passengers will receive confirmation of their driver and vehicle, including photographs of each, car registration and license details. On the day of travel we will inform you by text when your chauffeur is en route and when they have arrived. All of these messages can be copied onto the booker who can follow the car on an online map.



Our airport transfers service is available 24 hours a day when pre-booked and we don’t charge extra for bank holidays and Elite Acacia Chauffeurs offers a clear Pricing policy. The price you are quoted is the price you will pay. We wont charge you for delayed flights. There are two options with our airport transfers when you arrive back home, to meet your driver at the airport; Meet & Greet and Call on Arrival. For Meet & Greet collections you can expect to see your driver standing next to the arrivals barriers holding a sign displaying your name. For Call on Arrival collections you can call us when you’re ready and meet your driver at the meeting point within 15 minutes.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our smart suited chauffeurs offer you a discreet and reliable service. All of our Elite Acacia Chauffeurs drivers are fully licensed by the local borough council and have undertaken full disclosure checks by the criminal Records Bureau. Regular training is undertaken and we are working towards all drivers having advanced driving qualifications and membership of the Guild of Professional Chauffeurs in the near future.

Our primary service area is in the East Midlands between the city of Leicester, Nottingham and Derby. This makes us perfect for airport transfers around the midlands and ideally placed for the main road networks throughout the U.K. We have a network of professional drivers and chauffeurs around the country allowing us to arrange chauffeur hire for you wherever you are based and this also allows us to provide multiple cars or MPVs for larger events if needed.
